SUMMARY:Mendenhall Peak Nude Hike
DESCRIPTION:A challenging nude hike to Mendenhall Peak in the western San Gabriel Mountains. Named after former Angeles National Forest Supervisor William V. Mendenhall\, this rarely visited summit offers a rugged experience with minimal crowds. \nMost of the route follows a fire road\, but the final mile to the summit involves bushwhacking\, light scrambling\, and exposed terrain. At the summit\, hikers will explore old concrete structures and enjoy 360-degree views of the San Gabriel\, Santa Susana\, and Sierra Pelona Mountains.
