UNMASKED by Nude Art LA
Nude Art LA returns to West LA on Saturday, November 7 for UNMASKED — a one-night show pairing a gallery exhibition with a live stage program, set across a four-floor venue with a rooftop deck. Original paintings, sculpture, and photography line the walls, all of it for sale, with the artists on hand to talk about their work. A life-drawing studio hosted by Gallery Girls runs the whole evening — come and go as you like.
Feeling bold? There’s a costume contest, “Bare As You Dare,” hosted by Versus Events — come in costume to enter, judged on the main stage midway through the night, free with your ticket.
General admission runs 8–10pm. Separately, from 5–7pm, the “(Un)Dress Rehearsal” is open to a mandatory nude audience only — everyone attending must be nude for the full two hours. Lockers are available at check-in to stow your things, and a towel is recommended to sit on.
These are two separate tickets for two separate shows — a nude-show ticket won’t get you into general admission, and a general admission ticket won’t get you into the rehearsal. 21+, valid ID required. Tickets are $50 for either show (VIP mezzanine seating available at $120). Exact location is revealed once you’ve purchased a ticket.
This isn’t an RCNA event — it’s produced independently by Nude Art LA — but a good group of our NitOC friends made it out last time and had a great time. Passing it along for anyone who’d like to check it out.
